The Duncan Butterfly XT takes classic butterfly-style play to the next level. Its wide shape creates a generous catch zone, making it easier to land tricks and build confidence. Smooth, balanced performance keeps spins consistent and satisfying. A great option for players ready to practice and progress.
I've been out of the yo-yo game for years, but this one had me landing sleeper tricks by the second day. The smooth balance makes it feel almost effortless, and that wide shape forgives my sloppy throws way more than my old one ever did.
The wide catch zone really does deliver—I landed a trapeze on my second try after struggling with a slimmer model for weeks. It spins smooth and steady right out of the box, and the balance feels dialed in for someone still learning.
My nephew is obsessed with this thing — the wide catch zone really does make a difference when he's first learning string tricks, and it glides back to his hand smoothly every time. He's already landing the basics without frustration, which says a lot for a 9-year-old's patience.
