Outdoor Discovery Solar Print Kit sparks creativity and curiosity with this easy-to-use set that lets kids create sun prints of leaves, flowers, and other outdoor treasures. The kit includes everything needed to make beautiful nature-inspired artwork using the power of sunlight.
The sun-sensitive paper reacts so fast that my kids saw their leaf shapes appear within a couple of minutes, which kept them totally hooked. We've done it three times now, and each session ends with them hunting for new plants to test.
We grabbed wildflowers and ferns on our walk and the prints came out so detailed, even the tiny leaf veins showed up clearly. The exposed paper darkening in the sun felt like magic to my six-year-old, who immediately started hunting for more shapes.
The paper reacts fast enough that my kids didn't lose patience waiting for results, and they loved racing to find the perfect leaves before the sun shifted. We've done it three times this week already.
