Toysmith's 3-Piece Sand Tool Set includes two small shovels and a rake to stir and scoop up sand during your beach day or time in a sandbox. The shovels are shaped like a seashell, a fish, and an octupus (set includes one of each). Whether digging for treasures, burying time capsules, or other pretend play, this set is sure to enhance any day in the sand. Items are made of plastic.
Bought this for our sandbox and the rake actually holds up better than the cheap ones we've had before. The fish shovel is chunky enough for my toddler to grip without help, and it scoops a decent load of wet sand without bending.
The seashell-shaped shovel is my kid's favorite—she refuses to put it down at the sandbox. Both shovels and the rake are small enough for little hands to grip, and they've held up fine after a few trips to the beach.
Bought this for my 2-year-old and the seashell and fish-shaped shovels immediately became his favorites. The handles are chunky enough for little hands to grip without slipping, and all three tools survived a full afternoon of digging.
